Speaking of funding, it's not sustainable. If you replace Americans (and thus the taxpayers) with foreigners who are subsidized to work for cheaper...who pays the taxes to keep them working for cheap...themselves? All the wealth will have already been siphoned, and you just end up with a poverty spiral until we're fully third world.
