Technically she's correct, her insane beliefs are normal for the weaker sex. They mostly believe newspaper horoscopes are real, so why wouldn't they believe a chatbot is somehow supernatural? So no, she's not insane, she's just a demonstration of why women's sufferage was a mistake.
