Or Hitler started WWII? Both were "preemptive strikes". Or will pro-Israel people admit that Israel started this and they're the aggressor?
Obviously, pro-Israel people will say Iran was asking for it but that's the same argument pro-Russian and pro-Hitler people use.
This attack should be adequate proof that "who started what" really doesn't matter. I never thought it mattered but I hope everyone else sees that it doesn't matter.
Russia is called Russia because it used to be called Rusland. Rus is a city that used to be the capital of Russia, before Moscow.
Rus is in Ukraine, because Ukraine has been part of Russia for 3,000+ years before it was shaved off in 1991 as "punishment" for the Soviets.
It would be like if Washington DC was made into a separate country.
