Not one notable example anywhere.
What they have is a survey wherein "75% of american scientists are considering leaving."
Who do they consider scientists? I imagine I would be considered a scientist based on my degrees and job title, and I think that number is beyond laughable. Something tells me they are artificially restricting that definition to place inordinate emphasis on academia.
