It’s an attack on what some might call the “crunchy left,” or the “granola left.” To be honest, those guys don’t exist nearly as much as they used to—it’s largely a dying subculture, I think, as distrust of the establishment has shifted more and more into being a right wing position—but imagine the stereotypical yoga hippie, big-pharma skeptic, anti-GMO type and you’ll basically have the picture of who she’s yelling at.
