This dude "left his heater on" and left his house; at which point his house burned down. 3 of his dogs died in the fire.

Also neighbors complained he would stand on his roof banging pots and pans in the middle of the night.

He doesn't deserve death but he was a junkie lunatic and probably a nightmare of a neighbor to deal with.
