Ghostarchive is weird and often defeats itself. It also does things that most others don't.

Yup. It's great it can archive Twitter without having to use a go-between like Nitter, which often also self-defeats because it uses verification to limit bandwidth usage, causing archives to often fail.

But some people seem to have issues with accessing Ghostarchive. It works for me - I can see everything fine here - but it's not the first time others can't.
