In a normal world, you shouldn't say to '86 46', because it can be misconstrued, and it's not something you want to allow for miscommunication on given the danger of being president.
However, if I had posted '86 46' two years ago, on this website, I would expect the FBI and SS to raid my house in the middle of the night, shoot my dog, and put me up on felony charges because of how aggressive the government's response would be.
