I know this is unheard of, but a liberal was only in it for power and personal gain.

This dude hasn't just lost touch with reality, he's lost touch with the English language. His first and last sentences are just plain grammatically wrong.

He's apparently going off on some milquetoast Christian nationalist. Even the people in Lindsay's corner are confused by this one.
