It is not likely specifically anti-feminist and more likely just pro-love, pro that kind of feeling towards another, as a girl
At least that is my interpretation from these lyrics, it may also be anti-feminist telling girls to be pretty/cute/beautiful/warm/pure just by chance, I just also believe some Japanese people(male or female), especially those involved with anime, still think of girls/women in that kind of way
I doubt the Japanese people made it with that in mind is all I am saying. I don't think every human being thinks in as identarian of a way as a kia2 browser does, especially not someone singing/writing anime OPs/EDs.

It's for girls acting like girls and normal heterosexual relations. Therefore anti-feminist by definition.
