Off topic but I'm moving soon and found a bunch of 100+ year old books.
I would have dreaded if these...."police officers" went into my house and destroyed these books with their careless handling
As someone with items of a similar age, value and fragility, it is among my deepest fears that my house is ever subject to a search, because I fucking know they aren't going to be even slightly careful and the law will likely protect them from any claims I file against them.
