If the problem only started 70 years ago, why didn't Sub-Saharan Africans ever invent the wheel or a written language?
Why did it take thousands of years for the northern Europeans to have civilization when East Asia, the Indus Valley, and the Middle East before them?
More importantly, what does that have to do with Socialism in the US?
