Even in the peak KKK, most White people didn’t hate Black people. It was just the law. I’ve heard stories from the last days of the KKK and all people (all skin colors) went to see their last rallies because it was something to do. It was en excuse to get drunk and high.

Any racial conflicts from White people only arise from the “Now Kiss” method from the government and experienced character queues (gang banger balls, losing jobs from other races, neighborhood nuisances.) It’s something the other races have learned from education from their peers and their society.
