Again, I've largely come around. Doesn't excuse the employee, but makes me more willing to look the other way.

Was employee also a punk bitch? Yeah, seemed like. Was other dude such an utter punk bitch that I don't even care anymore? Yeah, pretty much.

I think I'm almost entirely on Team Employee, even if he also did wrong. There comes a point where it doesn't even matter. Was everyone perfect? Nope. But, you...you I hate. I'm on team Other Guy.
