The graph is a little difficult to read because it’s two separate scales of y measures to contrast employment numbers by rate of growth, the important part is the red dip and green up curve at the end. Basically they’re saying in the past x period native employment was up and foreign employment was down, however the foreign employment saw a massive spike before that dip in 2025 that I’m assuming is the loss they’re claiming. Either way the red is outpacing the green on growth just not total employment if I’m reading the y values correctly.
