ah.. but the Duke Lacrosse Rape Hoax was a "complex and controversial event" that never got the same "hollywood treatment" as this mentally unwell girl. gotcha.

the girl pictured in this tv show.. made claims that an Asian grooming gang had been targeting her since she was 16. clearly mentally unwell and with terrible parents.. but she made up (mk ultra style maybe) the perfect story for the time.. so now grooming gangs just aren't real.

I guess after the Duke case.. rape at college parties isn't real anymore either.
