I finally managed to land a real job with real benefits, and this is my first foray into corporate America. In grad school the nonsense was largely limited to emails I could have a chuckle about and move on with my day. Is the corporate world any worse than this or are the virtue signaling retards just as easy to ignore?

The easier it is to melt into the background, the easier it is to avoid it.
My industry didn’t really have anything because it is a gloryless industry, not something fancy or exciting. The more prestigious the company, the likelier it is you’ll run into this crap.
Hmm. My employer is the second biggest player in its industry (I'm being deliberately vague for opsec reasons) but it's a somewhat boring field and I'm working a pretty boring job. All the cool kids are fighting over the dwindling number of tech jobs. It probably helps that my boss will be a laid back white guy in his 50s. I'll also be working remotely which should shield me from anything too awful.
Yeah the glamorous industries/companies seem to attract the anti-White fish quite a bit. Those tech jobs especially.
Save your dollars up, if you are remote then that job can easily be outsourced. I have a remote role but will be traveling some of the time.
I'm not as concerned as I would be otherwise. My role has to be onshore for regulatory reasons, and they use remote work and work/life balance as ways to attract people. I was hooked up with this job after they hired a jeet for a more limited role on the other team.
