Slavery is uncivilized.
The destruction of families is far more uncivilized. All higher culture at the very least is built on slavery in one form or the other.
My main concern is that women do not marry men, they marry the State. They have no respect for men, they have an incentive to break away from their marriages. There is no punishment for cheating, for ruining their childrens lives.
If anything is to be fixed, the State must be less involved in marriage. There must be respect for the husband. There must be punishment for infidelity and breaking of oaths.
And who is to say the woman has to be a slave? She just has to have responsibilities and consequences for her actions which are not imposed on her today.
Being stoic wont solve the problem. Its the same thing thats been repeated for 70 years and it hasnt led anywhere.
When the laws incentivize a woman to take everything a man is worth and destroy the family, she will do it.
Hitting a woman will lower her life expectancy. Keeping things the way they are will lower hers and all other life expectancy.
You're not giving an answer to the problem.
