In a just society this would get laughed out of court and she would be on the hook for legal fees for the defense.
Its so laughably stupid, the cutoff age is 28. Period, there are no negotiations for this. The wear and tear your body sustains while being in the seals means you need to be young. Older peoples bodies just can't bounce back fast enough to stay operational.
She would be better off throwing her money at anti aging gene editing research.
