The reality is 9 times out of 10 you can take a look at someone, see how they're dressed, and how they present themselves, and their demeanor, and understand almost immediately what kind of person they are no matter the race.
Some races in some countries or regions are more likely to be the kind you don't want to be charitable towards, where I live there's plenty of backwoods retard whites I wouldn't want to be around or associate with. Dangerous and just plain stupid.
