Eh. I get the anger, and I share it, but it's a tactic. They (hopefully) don't care about women's only spaces, they just know it's something you're sort of allowed to care about, because obviously women are more deserving of protection.
It's still nasty, but I don't exactly blame the people who ask it. Now, the people who go on about how important women's sports are...those people piss me off.
