I've been wondering this for many years (I'm old!) but of course never had the $$$ to even dream of it. Manitoba is a lovely place, but far too many lefties & bad Natives here :< We've been circling the drain for decades now, no escape in sight.
I used to hope I could escape to some Caribbean nation? Not the "tourist meccas" ofc, overpriced! The smaller ones.
Belize used to be viable: speaks English! Stable government. Not now: totally over-run by Drug Cartels. Ditto for all the nations in that region.
One possible place? El Salvador. Maybe Argentina now? Chile? It would be a real crap-shot though, who knows when the next dictator takes over & purges the likes of us.
