Fentanyl is the cheapest and most available. It is more potent, but the half-life of the drug is significantly shorter. It hits harder, faster and leaves quicker. It is much easier to OD.
I can't see any track marks, so perhaps he took a fist full of Oxycodone? Or he smokes his fentanyl, which makes it harder to OD than shooting up.
Or perhaps he is smart enough to shoot up in his feet to keep his arms free of marks and scars.
I think fentanyl causes the "nods" or whatever.
