I really do dislike the fact that they'll go after the parents over something the kid did now. But these are black parents, so we'll see if the system still has a flavor of equal blind justice or not.

But on the other hand, he's a third grader, that's less than 10 years old, I think 8 years old is the third grade, unless my math went retarded on me.

And he managed to not only bring a loaded gun to school, but reach into his bag and squeeze the trigger.

Some of this seems like remarkable negligence on their part.
