They're part of the EU so unfortunately even if Hungary hasn't applied tariffs as a country, the EU itself has applied tariffs FOR them.
And before it became the bloated, bureaucratic monster it is today, this was something it was supposed to stop.
Wasn't this because of minimum VAT or sales tax in EU countries.
