Is there anything these people don't invade? We have people advocating for women to fish?

I could be a little over sensitive with the women being infused into everything. I'm tired of seeing boys suffer and constantly told they are the problem. While girls are always uplifted and given resources boys don't have access to.
You probably are. We all probably are, because we pay attention to this and pick up on it.
You're also not wrong in this case, though. Even putting the ad aside...I wouldn't be shocked to learn that organization is heavily female-led. It's all pictures of women fishing and stuff. Of course women fish, but that level of focus is deliberate. So, you might be hyper tuned on the issue, but you're not wrong here; this is some serious gynocentrism going on.
Same. And not just any resources, either, but the ones boys used to have, and their hobbies. Which would be fine - and even often welcomed - if it was natural, but the intentionality of injecting females into male spaces is a slap in the face.
Also, like with any DEI push, the deliberate focus drives down quality. A woman who genuinely likes to fish? Probably a really cool person. A woman who wants to fish because it's new, hip, and it's sticking it to the patriarchy? Likely insufferable and, if not, likely so normie they'll be pushing for "changes" to the hobby in a couple years, after they reach critical mass.
Just let people do what they want! Women can fish! Just stop ruining everything! REEEEEE.
