good point. i'm sure it plays a role... the remainers are likely hoping to convince the public they would have been better off staying in the EU, as a last-ditch effort to reverse brexit by convincing the public they'd be better off crawling back to brussels...
impossible discussion. i just recently held a training session for students trying to make a buck as promoters.
during the lunchbreak ofc politics were discussed. they could not grasp the simple concept of the uk being in total control of the remainers. everything bad is the fault of brexit, which didn't actually hapen.
there was only 1 single guy who i could have a talk about all the totalitarian bullshit going on there, and he was even open to the idea that the uk is simply the proving grounds for all the evil shit the eu wants to establish in the whole of it's terretories.
the rest, women and feminine men were just sitting there in silence uncomfortable at us even having such verboten talks.
not even that they were opposed to our views and would try to contradict us, the mere thought of even daring to talk about things unapproved by the system was unthinkable to them.
we are already in a new biedermeier. only war and genocide will follow.
hell, even stateside, we have problems with Eurocrats who want to do everything the European way, despite wanting to do things differently than the european "way" being pretty much the entire basis of this nation's founding, and we've got an enitre ocean between them and us.
