What IPs? "Watch Dogs" and "Skull and Bones" and ... "Star Wars"? All their IPs are dead and dated. There's nothing they can pull out of their hat to get anyone hyped anymore. I doubt Tencent is doing poorly and Chinese games are seen as non-woke, sadly a Chinese game will have higher player faith then a current Ubisoft game.
If Tencent scrapes the current dev teams, reduce the cost and make non-woke games people will start buying Ubisoft games again. Prince of Persia still has potential, despite their Prince of Persia BLM, R6 is also salvageable, Heroes of Might and Magic is gathering dust and mostly non-woke - even AC, as long as it is not woke and not open-world will be a success.
