I was once a Democrat in Elementary School because my parents were. In Middle School I'd changed my mind because I didn't fall for the "Trump is evil" talk, and realized that since I thought guns are cool that they're a bad party. When I learned they supported gays and trannys was the day I fully became Republican

I had something similar happen to me recently. My little brother had his cat chipped with an RFID tag at the vet recently. I told him it's like a Skylander, and then an Amiibo and he didn't know what either of those were
