its a choice. they actively chose to make themselves ugly on purpose. and its not just character weakness that they regret when facing their mirror alone, like the fatties. These ones are actively and proudly making themselves ugly. probably because daddy issues.
Most of them didn’t have far to go to make themselves fugly.
