Everyone is supposed to treat these people like random individuals that came over to make a life for themselves, whereas the political parties treat them as a voting bloc and government policy treats them as 'ethnic communities' where special rules apply for.

Everything about this arrangement is about hoodwinking and defrauding the British population.
