That was the only part that made me question the translation.

I still can't tell you if the translation is accurate, but apparently it's from 7 months ago and someone on Reddit described it as:

Maccabi Tel Aviv directed the chant towards their local rivals Hapoel Tel Aviv - which can be seen at the end. The references to 'communist' is due to Hapoel's ties to Labor Zionism.

Which seems plausible. It at least explains the communist part. Wasn't even the most recent time they rioted in the Netherlands and then played the victim: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/November_2024_Amsterdam_riots
