There were other things: security camera was recording the wrong cell, footage was lost, backups were lost, security personnel didn't check in on the right times. But there was also the case of a previous incident where he had neck injuries, hence him being placed on suicide watch. Could still be a suicide.
see that's the thing; he was technically supposed to have been taken off of suicide watch, but they never moved him, which adds a new wrinkle to the magic happening.
Which of we're being honest amounts to less than $1M in bribes to accomplish which (((the unknown perpetrators))) will get next week from the US anyways.
