Not terribly surprised. The last time I went to a Hooters for a coworker's birthday lunch all the waitresses were pretty mid. Flabby, tatted and pierced everywhere and I'm pretty sure a couple of them were dudes LARPing as women.
Not unlike the airlines they used to have standards.
