So how do you make grilled cheese? I thought you just put a slice of Kraft Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product™ between two slices of bread and heat on a pan.
I've been cooking my cheese sandwiches inside waffle iron grills since I was a child. No butter or oil needed, and I never make waffles in it, just sandwiches. It blew my mind when I finally figured out what "grilled cheese sandwich" means in America. I mean, you're not grilling it, you're FRYING it!

Nah mate. You butter your bread, then apply a small amount of Kraft (tm) Vegemite (tm) on to both pieces.
Add sliced tasty cheese (or cheddar if you can't find tasty); assemble the sandwich and microwave it for 30 seconds to soften the cheese.
Move the sandwich to a hot pan and brush the outside of the bread with melted butter or vegetable oil.
Squash the sandwich with the bottom of a small saucepan to flatten it and to allow the steam to further melt the cheese.
Flip. Repeat squashing. The sandwich is done when the cheese is gratinated (melted) and the outside of the bread is a golden brown.
Cut in half and serve.
Enjoy the salty, savory flavor of the Kraft (tm) Vegemite (tm) along with the sharp, savory flavor of the cheese.
Vegamite!! Well ain't you the man at work
I didn’t realize it was so complicated lol
Right and like the other two said it's kinda an every person thing

This is one of the cringiest things I've ever seen. Over squeezing the bread is peasantry.
Black American celebrities are almost always cringe when you see them in interviews or what have you.
