Upvoted, but she isn't investigating herself. She's looking for someone to throw under the bus. I expect she'll find a random white male employee and claim he failed his duty to notify her about...I'm not sure what, because she cut the fire budget and nobody can predict when an arsonist will burn down half the city, but she'll figure out that part.
