And when they can't logically get away with that, they'll just retcon sons into daughters like they did that Bill & Ted movie recently. End of previous movie, Bill & Ted literally held up their new baby sons and introduced them as Little Ted and Little Bill. Meh, doesn't matter we need grrlbosses and we need them now!

I heard about that. So the sons weren’t even alluded to? Just a total retcon? Hopefully future generations will talk about the forced girl power in storytelling along with other bad ideas
