Plenty of conpro types have called him one of the good ones.

As far as I can tell, he's accepted Jesus as the messiah and believes that Jesus is the Way and the Truth, repents for his sins and seeks forgiveness from Christ. By my understanding, that's all anyone has to do to be a Christian, regardless of whatever racial or religious background they have.

So he's either a liar or he's sincere. The only reason to reject him would be if they didn't believe his sincerity.

Maybe I'm not the best judge of character, but he seemed genuine to me.
