The West has a very hard time understanding this,

the western middle class has a hard time understanding this.

The man who cleanly skims a modest percentage in an orderly way while paying his due bribes to those higher than him in his effort to work his way up to being one of those highers isn't truly considered to have done anything wrong.

Western elites function in the exact same way.
