Adults shouldn't be allowed to do it either. We don't let doctors do cosmetic arm amputations for those with body integrity identity disorder. We should not let em cut off a mentally ill man's cock n balls either, get him the help he needs instead. The fact that he wants that operation proves he is not mentally sound and fit to make such a decision. Get him help.
Unfortunately it's EXTREMELY hard to dictate what sn adult can do compared to a child without massive government overreach.
You went to the extreme if amputation but just look up how many people mess up their bodies with plastic surgery. If they are an adult at that stage then chances are they are indoctrinated beyond repair and will get it done somewhere else regardless so best you can hope for is a 'not in my state' solution.
Kids it's a lot easier to dictate that you can't do this to them and opens a backdoor to target any parents that would maim their kids and get them out of the indoctrination cycle.
No it's pretty easy to do that. It just requires the kind of community policing that got outlawed in the sixties.
No it's very close. Its the cutting off of a big important body part. They are easily as extreme as each other, ask anybody from any time but the last 20 years, and they'd rather lose the arm actually. 99% of people still would. The dick mutilation is more extreme even.
It really isn't hard to regulate.
You just declare that castration / cosmetic mastectomies are a violation of the Hippocratic oath. Take the medical license of any doctors who perform them.
The procedures become uninsurable. Surgical theaters are now unavailable for the procedures, and a hospital that provides them is liable to lawsuits without insurance coverage. Problem solved.
People can still travel to Thailand or whatever to get themselves neutered. So what?
In this instance, the prohibition would only be upon an act which is prohibited as a baseline in civilised society, but allowed under certain limited conditions where magic words are involved: when a 'doctor' who is 'licensed' is 'practicing medicine'. That is when somebody magically becomes permitted to subject a human body to damage with no legal intervention.
Simply rescind the right of the white-coat clergy to perform surgery on genitals for psychiatric, cosmetic or religious reasons. Done. Trannies instantly have to resort to mutilating themselves, which will soon stop after the first few performative 'drumpf made me do this!' garden-shears examples. With the stroke of a pen, you torpedo the money-making capacity of tranny medical industrial complex. Trannies losing their $$$ value as lifelong patients would deflate a lot of the social, institutional support of the ideology too.
Of course, trannies aren't the only or most powerful group who would protest...
