It is still socialism, but you're not wrong to mistake it as a form of feudalism. Really, that was something that Marx was harping on in the Communist Manifesto. He liked the guild system. Even now the Globalists still kind of dream about creating an international guild system (and are trying to basically build one). Socialism is effectively intertwined with a modern take on Feudalism.
