Canada "supports" many things. By % of population, Canadians are disproportionately large in most online spaces, tech and nerd stuff, etc. But that's by % of population. Canada, as the second-largest country, also has an overall population rivaling that of New York.
By many metrics, they are indeed "supporting" "things", but they're so tiny. An ant can carry 10x more by weight than a human can... Which don't get me wrong, is very impressive and deserves acknowledgement, but ultimately, if I need someone to help me move something, I'm asking a human, not an ant, despite the %-based strength difference.
