"You know they could burn you at the stake for that" Ok, but can you report him? Can you burn himself yourself? Is this RPG really about player choices, like all those people having been arguing about?
NPC's are tagged essential and therefore unkillable
That is such complete faggotry in modern RPGs even without the woke. It's so lazy. If you can't write the npc's death into the story just do the morrowind thing. "With this character's death the thread of fate is cut. Load your game or continue in this doomed world?"
I'm sure the reason here is because they don't want you killing jews.
Odd that in the first game you could turn in a family to the vicar for the heresy of allowing a woman to lead in prayer, and you can choose not to get involved when an inquisitor accuses your friend of heresy for claiming to be a prophet, but jewish sorcery is beyond reproach.
I recall seeing Synthetic Man killing him in his livestream which failed the quest. Unfortunately Synthetic Man has his VODs unlisted so I can't check if it just knocked him out or actually killed him.

All I want to do in this game is go in a Pogrom. Is that so much to ask?
The gypsy camp is entirely pogrom-able
but most (but not all) jewish NPC's are tagged essential and therefore unkillable
Use console commands to prevent the hyperinflation crisis!
based and console-commandpilled
Ave Imperator Hadrian!

I learned a new word today. Didn't think there was a word for that.
Maybe in a year there will be a mod for that.

he is literally an unkillable NPC
the worst thing you can do is refuse his questline and that's it (and pickpocket him, i guess?)
because he's a major essential character, even if you do the Blacksmith quest you still see him in the wedding.

Really looking forward to the supercut. This will be the best one since Starfield.
i believe AFTER the wedding you can kill both the smith and the Miller (essential tag is removed from said NPC's)
so yeah, its possible.
