Presumably the subject at hand is not the entire form, but line 8 which is revenue from grants and contribution at $581M for 2022,

It's not the part they highlighted. Regardless, 'grants and contributions' has absolutely nothing to do with USAID or America. Any university will run mostly on that, at least outside the US where they are heavily subsidized.

If you have a more detailed breakdown of where this money comes from I'd like to see it

The form claims 395m from government and 185m from 'all others'. I'll take cyanide if that is the American government rather than the Israeli government...

A university receiving 0.1% of GDP in individual donations seems like a lot, but I don't really have a frame of reference.
