Boomers still haven't figured it out. There is no such thing as a "failed" video game developer. There is no such thing as "bad" experience in Big Tech. It is much better to have a stinker like Concord or Veilguard on your resume than to have nothing at all. The fact that you were even hired to work on a lagship product like that is going to impress your next employer.
It doesn't matter how well those game sold. Nobody ever blames an individual for a game flopping. It is always "the leadership" that gets the blame and the leaders (investors) are mostly anonymous. They have all the money in the world and the bear zero responsibility.
Blackrock doesn't want EA to make good games. They want EA to promote anti-western values. These guys don't care about making money. They get interest-free loans from the FED and loan that money in turn to all the woke studios. The soooner y'all understand it the better.
