There's a difference in fighting eachother and repeatedly fighting civil wars and military coups.
You had plenty of civil and religious wars in Europe, especially before modern times. And like I said many if not most of the recent civil wars and coups in the Arab world were instigated by outside forces.
but this does happen every single time in Islamic countries because of how the religion and cultures shape the society.
And because rebel groups are routinely supplied and propped up by several different players from the outside. Just look at Syria. You had Turkey backing HST, the US backing the Kurds, Russia backing Assad and Israel regularly bombing the shit out of Syria. Saudi Arabia was also involved. Then you had ISIS which isn't and never has been an organic Islamic group but was most likely created by the US, Israel and Saudi Arabia.
And this sort of meddling isn't unique to the Arab world either. It happened in South America and Asia too.
but without Israel the region would still be fighting itself
Like I already stated. There is a big difference between a shitshow and complete chaos. It doesn't matter if they fight eachother as long as the region remains stable as a whole.
And if we look back at Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan etc. before Israel and the West started instigating revolutions, coups or outright wars the Arab world was pretty stable as a whole.
In the end I don't give a shit if they fight eachother. Let them fight it out. Stop propping up Israel and don't get involved at all and you'll see the problem will fix itself very quickly.
