Not to defend her. But I would really like to hear the transcript of the air traffic co troller as well. Because my understanding is that air traffic was communicating with plane and the chopper. But I don’t understand how air traffic allowed the helicopter to be in the flight path to begin with as close as 30 seconds before impact.

I don't understand WTF the chopper was doing at the airport if it's destination was the Pentagon.
Why fly though active airspace if you're not going to land there?
