I like how this guy is talking about their brilliant misdirection, social engineering, psychological manipulation, and clever re/framing...while talking about their "consistent refusal to divest."
Makes them the bad guys for trying to resist, and not wanting to give up their property at gunpoint.
Look. If TikTok is a foreign-based national security threat...just seize it. Take it. This "forced selling" thing is bullshit framing itself. Especially when the method leaves open to doing it to American companies that are perceived to have foreign connections, too.

Agreed. If it were a threat the issue isn't ownership, it's it's mere existence.
National security is being used as a cover for the real reason the powers that be want to eliminate tik Tok and that reason is likely that TT didn't censor things that were critical of Israel and Jews.
And rest assured, when TT comes back, it's rules will be kosherized.
