Off the top of my head, you could probably do an almost full arm extension, but mostly horizontal, than as you raise your arm and fully extent, supinate and flip off.
I like it.
imagine the photogs practically drooling as they get their shutterfinger ready, pushing down just before the the hand turns upward, the shocking realization they were set up as their traitorous fingers continue the motion just in time to catch the upraised American Salute.🖕
