"Won't someone please think of the children!" has been used as entryism forever. It's what every attempt to censor the Internet or remove anonymity leads with. If's what the pearl-clutches have always lead with.
Problem is now, after they've cried wolf so many times, sickos are actually going after the children and no one wants to admit it's real.
